  • Ian Jensen-Muir

    CEO Belgravia Health and Fitness

    Ian has over 25 years’ experience in running businesses both in Australia and internationally, including ExxonMobil (Mobil Oil Australia) where he managed the retail business, Mobil Quix and its 400 sites. With a wealth of experience in retailing and operations via multi-site locations and working with direct company operations, joint ventures and franchise, Ian’s retail and business experience is significant. Ian commenced with Genesis Health and Fitness in December 2012, expanding the direction to Belgravia Health and Fitness through the introduction of the new franchise offerings Coaching Zone and Ninja Parc.

    Ian’s strength in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, as well as planning has enabled Belgravia Health and Fitness to deliver ongoing success to the business and its franchisees.

  • Alex Lord

    GM Corporate Services

    Alex has over a decade’s experience in the service industry, with management roles for Hilton Hotels in Japan. Alex joined Belgravia Health and Leisure Group in 2007, consolidating his skills in a management traineeship across multiple business units (including Belgravia Leisure and Genesis Health Clubs) which now provides a solid foundation to his current executive position. Alex is proud of Belgravia Health and Leisure Group’s heritage as an Australian family owned business and equally of his part in the Group’s founding family. To date, Alex has streamlined Belgravia Leisure’s head office support for our centres, strengthening our quality, risk and environmental systems, procurement and retail processes, human resources and IT services.

  • Mark Maybury

    Group Manager People & Culture

    Mark Maybury is an experienced commercial human resource professional passionate about challenging the traditional role of HR in business and the modern workforce.

    After spending nearly a decade leading large operational and HR teams in retail, Mark joined the Belgravia Group on their mission to connect communities to wellness and leisure in June 2016 to drive our ambitious people and change agenda.

    Mark knows greater connectivity and emerging technology is forcing organisations to reflect on their workforce strategies, innovate and adapt in response to shifting expectations and motivations of modern employees.

    Mark partners with our executive team and operational leaders to drive aspirational programs focused on delivering business results through the engagement and development of our most important resource – our people!

  • Peter Noske

    CEO Commercial Belgravia Health & Leisure Group

    A results-driven, experienced Senior Executive/Chartered Accountant with a broad range of corporate experience over 30 years, including key CFO/management roles with large US multi-nationals, ASX-listed and unlisted services companies, privately owned organisations and NFP’s/charities, leading and managing both large and small finance, procurement and IT teams.

  • Simon Groube

    General Manager Operations

    Simon leads a team of operational experts across the Belgravia Health and Fitness Network and has 25 years’ experience in the commercial fitness industry.
    Beginning his career as a personal trainer, Simon first joined Genesis Health and Fitness in 1997, working at its very first club in Ringwood before progressing his career into club management in 2001.
    Simon has since run many successful clubs both within the Genesis Health and Fitness Network and numerous independent clubs and has been a previous owner of two large commercial clubs.
    Since joining Belgravia Health and Fitness five years ago, Simon has worked in multi-site operational management roles, using his extensive sales and operational background to lead the company’s teams.

  • David McGillion

    General Manager Business Systems

    With nearly three decades of experience in the commercial health and fitness sector spanning three continents, Dave has traversed diverse environments, from privately owned standalone gyms to renowned international chains and luxury Health Clubs and Wellness Centres/Spas. Presently, Dave leads the Business Systems team at Belgravia Health and Fitness.

    This team blends solution architecture with hands-on software configuration, leveraging extensive operational and commercial insights. With a significant understanding of industry dynamics, they champion the implementation of systemisation and automation strategies, driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and business intelligence. This approach facilitates the execution of stakeholder strategies across diverse divisions, fostering organisational synergy and sustainable growth

  • Sharon Masson

    General Manager Marketing

    Sharon is an energetic and passionate marketer with 15+years of experience. Her career expands over several industries including entertainment, theme parks & attractions, fitness, tourism, leisure and digital start-up brands. With a background in strategic marketing and brand partnerships, she is goal-oriented with the ability to change gears, fast and often.
    Sharon has worked with multi-site locations throughout her career and is excited about working with brands to develop new and disruptive marketing strategies to support success in the marketplace.
    A devoted and self-confessed lover of all things fitness, Sharon spent 10 years moonlighting as a fitness instructor before joining the Belgravia Group in 2019.

  • Magdalena Schoeman

    General Manager Sales

    Magdalena has a diverse background and wealth of experience in both business and fitness; and has owned multiple companies, including startups, while concurrently studying her MBA.

    The fitness industry is a lifestyle for Magdalena. She began as a successful personal trainer, she was then an award-winning club manager before moving into franchise sales with one of the largest international fitness groups.

    As the Belgravia Health and Fitness General Manager Sales, Magdalena uses her expertise to help prospective franchisees achieve their dreams of owning their own successful and profitable fitness business.

  • Andrew Barden

    General Manager Property and Projects

    Andrew specialises in strategic leadership within the health, fitness, sport, and recreation sectors. With extensive experience covering all areas of business administration, Andrew excels in project management, contract management, and service procurement. He has a proven
    track record of leading teams to success in both State and Local Government sectors, adeptly navigating environments of significant change. Known for his honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm, Andrew consistently achieves service excellence by delivering results within tight timeframes. As the General Manager of Property and Projects, Andrew will be focusing on leading a team driven to deliver high level
    stakeholder engagement and project delivery service for this portfolio.

    As the National Marketing Manager for Genesis Health + Fitness, Jessie boasts over ten years of expertise in Marketing Management, spanning the FMCG, Fuel, Retail, and Fitness sectors.
    With a passion for bringing brands to life through captivating campaigns and unique content, Jessie excels in crafting strong strategies that raise awareness and yield positive commercial outcomes. Her extensive experience with big brands like Coles Supermarkets, Coles Express, and Baby Bunting has provided her with a deep understanding of impactful marketing.
    Committed to driving brand growth through strategic touchpoints and innovative marketing initiatives, Jessie is dedicated to enhancing the Genesis Health + Fitness brand at every stage of the customer journey.

  • Tahnee Donkin

    National Fitness Manager Genesis Health + Fitness

    Tahnee is the National Fitness Manager at Genesis Health + Fitness, with 16 years’ experience in the fitness industry. Starting her journey as a Personal Trainer Franchisee in a big box gym setting, Tahnee has since progressed into Personal Training Management roles at a club, regional and national level, overseeing fitness initiatives for some of Australia’s top health club brands.

    Tahnee’s vast experience spans a diverse range of fitness concepts and programs, including leading fitness challenges at a national level across brands in Australia and New Zealand. She is a seasoned fitness presenter, educating audiences with her knowledge and passion for fitness.

    Committed to the strategic development of fitness offerings, Tahnee focuses on enhancing the Personal Training, Coaching Zone, Group Fitness, Reformer Pilates, Recovery and overall gym floor experiences at Genesis Health + Fitness.

  • Danny Hayes

    National Sales Manager Genesis Health + Fitness

    As the National Sales Manager, Danny boasts an impressive 20-year tenure in the fitness industry. With experience working for renowned Big Box gyms like Fitness First, Goodlife, and as an owner/operator of a health club, During his time at Genesis Health + Fitness, Danny has left an indelible mark in Western Australia in his previous role of State Manager, where his most notable achievement was doubling the amount of clubs within the network in a three year period, increasing both the presence of Genesis and overall member base in that state.
    In his role, Danny plans to map out the behaviors, skills and training required to help all sales staff progress and thrive within the business by drawing on the many wonderful aspects currently happening within the network and his own experience in the industry.

  • Brooke Hodgett

    Executive Assistant

    Brooke’s career commenced with the studies of Event Management and since then has gained experience in concierge, administration, sales, marketing and assistant services over the past 8 years. Brooke initially found herself in the property industry through serviced offices and found growth working with commercial developers.

    Brooke’s passion for health and fitness enhances her ability to support the CEO along with the broader executive team. Her high quality skills in organisation and multi-tasking drive the team to maintain day to day tasks and strategic priorities.

  • Josh Timms

    VIC State Manager Genesis Health + Fitness

    Josh has worked in the Health and Fitness industry for 17 years. Starting his journey in membership sales, before quickly progressing club management roles, he has had the opportunity to lead some of Australia’s largest health clubs in multiple states. Josh has worked for 3 of the largest health club operators in Australia giving him valuable experience across all areas of health club operations. Josh is passionate about service and strives to provide the best possible experience for Members, staff and franchise partners alike.
